The one-day exhibit hall gives you direct access to 125 doctors of optometry and 50 paraoptometric staff—plus students and guests—all eager to discover the latest products and services that elevate patient care.

Built‑In Marketing: Your company’s contact information printed in the on‑site program and posted on the ArOA website, plus weekly attendee lists starting October 2.

Exhibit Fees And Amenities:

Exhibit space: $625
- One 6’ skirted table
- Two folding chairs
- Company ID sign
- Two rep registrations included
  - Additional reps: $25 each
- Electricity: $40 (if ordered)
- Adjoining Booth: $425 (If available, must contact ArOA Office to book)

Registration/booth selection opens for Platinum Partners on July 20 and will follow the schedule below:

7-20-26: Opens to Platinum Partners
7-23-26: Opens to Gold Partners
7-27-26: Opens to Silver Partners
7-29-26: Opens to Bronze Partners
7-31-26: Opens to all non-partner companies

Exhibitor Registration/Payment Deadline: September 23
