OD Schedule  A total of 20 hours of CE for ODs is offered at the 2026 Spring Convention.

Para Schedule  A total of 10 hours of CE for Paras is offered at the 2026 Spring Convention.

• New This Year! Para Education on Thursday Evening and Friday. No CE on Saturday for Paras.

OD Registration: 

Early Bird! Before 04/07/26: $550/AOA members (any affiliate) | non-members: $775
04/07/26 – 05/04/26: $600/AOA members (any affiliate) | non-members $825
After 05/04/26: $650/AOA members (any affiliate) | non-members $875

Para Registration:  

Early Bird! Before 04/07/2026: $135 works for ArOA Member | $235 non-member
04/07/26 – 05/04/26: $160 works for ArOA member | $260 non-member
After 05/04/26: $235 works for ArOA member | $335 non-member

Student Registration:

Students must register by 5:00 pm on April 24.  Travel grants are available.
Applications are also due by 5:00pm on April 24.

Exhibit Hall: May 8, 2026 with 3+ Hours of Dedicated Exhibit Time
Registration/booth selection opens for Platinum Partners on Feb. 16 and will follow the schedule below:

• 2-16-26: Opens to Platinum Partners
• 2-19-26: Opens to Gold Partners
• 2-23-26: Opens to Silver Partners
• 2-25-26: Opens to Bronze Partners
• 2-27-26: Opens to all exhibitors
